Found this video on Tony’s vimeo channel, there are some cool videos there. What I like about this is the (typically) non didactic, intelligent approach to the context. Plus the element of the upper body and particularly the head being faster to move than the feet. Something that I had not particularly considered before.
It then goes into Tony’s Range Rover drill adapted for the ground, great stuff.
