This video is all about looking at different belief systems and how the metaphors we consciously or unconsciously inherit from our cultural operating system determine the reality tunnel in which we live.

Softening the rigidity of our beliefs and opening our minds to new possibilities may give us new points of reference for our map of reality from which to operate.

It’s all explained in the video.

And if all of this is too “out there” for you, here is a street fight clip that I caught online this morning that demonstrates the human capacity to seem to be doing a lot without anything ever really getting done.

And for those of you interested in applied psychology and PUA material, I managed to inspire a blog post over at the ever fascinating California based dating coach Liz Leia’s site.

Interested in “Alpha Male Traits”? Well I think the notion is silly horseshit and I explain why in the comments section of her blog here and Liz, in response to my comments, runs with the ball with a follow up blog here. Good stuff if you are into applying psychology in the real world.
