Experimenting and working with the power of your “state” and your “intent”.

Remember to keep resetting your intent. What is it you are trying to do? Control and restraint is a totally different mindset and intent to bashing someone up and both are totally different mindsets to sparring… and all of these have a different level of intent and state when your sat on facebook chilling. Be mindful of your state and be mindful of your intent. Just ramping up your intent alone can be incredibly powerful regardless of technical applications. Dont just watch the video, try this (carefully) in class. Experiment with doing the same application in different states and with different levels of intent.
